Many friends, desiring to honor the memory of a departed friend or loved one, sent "Memorials" in the form of contributions to The Heritage Museum. Families of those whose memories are so honored will receive an appropriate "Memorial Card" from the Museum.
Those wishing to use The Heritage Museum Memorials can do so by filling out the form below or by contacting the Museum Business office. Memorials and other Gifts to The Heritage Museum are Tax Deductible. Gifts through wills, Bequests & Trusts are also Deductible.
